My 2nd rare value report.
I will be observing a different range of funiture.

1st rare:
Purple Parasol,
I only remember it being 1.5, 1.1 and 1.0

Sold for
30 creds, 2.5? - seen once [ as someone offered me that price for the parasol]
19 cred, 1.4 [ approx] - seen twice
15 creds, 1.0 [approx] - seen once

This rare value has been slowly decreasing throughout the months. But as you can see it can sell for a lot more than 1.0cs. This rare should have a steady increase to be about an average price for a parasol. I have seen quite a few of these but I haven't seen them recently, why is that though. Are they holding onto them incase they take a dramatic increase or are they just left on unused accounts. I would like to see this item going back upto a rounded price of 1.5cs.

2nd Rare
Finnish Sauna
1.0cs

14 creds - seen once
1cs - seen once
I find these hard to come by and I was searching for ages to try and get two of them.
I think that 1cs is ok but it may be improved as not many seem to be around, they may be on accounts that were in use last year when they were given out which arent in use anymore. And others may be stored in bulk rooms. I think that although it goes with a set and most are 1cs in the set. Maybe it could be increased until more start coming out maybe to 1.2cs like the clog, gnome and big ben was at.

3rd Rare
Cryogenic bed
started off at 1.2 now lowered to 0.75

This collectable came into the catalogue not long ago and the rare value was 1.2cs
However quite quikly the price has decreased even though its not in the catalogue anymore, i think this is because it has popularoty and a lot of people brought it from the catalogue.
i think after a while when the other collectables are out this rare should increase in price

I'm not sure sure about the value of the para though, I have been trying to sell mine for a HC and have so far failed, thus given up. None the less, a BRILL report and very good comments.

It was nice you wrote something about the Space Bed, but there wasn't a value given for it. Please make sure you provide at least 2 or 3 values per rare in the future.

Thanks for the report! Paras are not being seen as often now as summer as nearly ended and people wanna store away for next summer, I also dicagree with the value of the purple parasol.In future make sure you have 2 to 3 values per rare because some may be one-off tade for example someone needed hcs therefore selling cheap.
