I'm 13, 5'3 and im 7stone [45kg], even though my BMI is healthy [18.5, which means that if i lost any weight at all i'd be considerd underweight] i just look really skinny...And i don't exercise cos tbh i'm really lazy
I know I should exercise, but i'm afraid i'll get even skinnier! Lots of people say I'm anorexic [i eat healthily] when i'm not and i don't like it. Is there any exercises that can help you get fitter but not make you loose any weight?! [ i doubt there is but if you guys have any suggestions...] Because i know it's unhealthy not to exercise and i hate being unfit![]()
