Default Give me a custom build for...

    £200.00

I'm getting 100 quid, from my mum, and then going to my dads to pick up my money.

I'll probably get 35 quid from my Granddad.
Then spare money from other places.

    Gogogogoggogo!

It will be a fairly low spec computer for that price. What do you plan to use it for?

Not to hijack your thread, but I'd be interested in a build for a similar price (less than 150 ideally), for basic Facebook, Habbo, iTunes and DVDs.

Something I could plug into my little Samsung TV.
    AMD Phenom X4 955 BE - 8GB RAM - Asus M5A97 - MSI HD6870 HAWK - Windows 8.1 Pro 64 - Samsung 840 Pro 256GB

Less than 150 and you can get real - Anything under £200 and you've got to buy pre-owned.

At OP: What do you intend on using the PC for and would you be prepared to pirate the OS cause otherwise there's no point.

@ £200 is possible, but it's not going to be high spec'd. I built one for £250 last December and that had 2.7GHz AMD dual core CPU, 2GB RAM, 500GB HDD and 256MB 8400GS GPU. It's upgraded a little now though.

I'll have a look at some parts later.

Just over £250 delivered. From Aria and Ebuyer.

For £200 you're going to have to really cut back and it's just not worth it.

Aint custom and aint exactly top of the range, but will still give you a pretty good bang for your buck almost on budget: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164667

Although it comes without an O/S so you may need to factor that in.

Alternately mesh have a 200 offering (Ubuntu installed by defualt so if want windows would still need to get hold of a copy) Mesh link

Marky21: if you upped your budget 20 or so to around 170 the acer aspire thingy http://www.ebuyer.com/product/167153 may be what your looking for, espesh if the small profile appeals. Other than that you may as well add another 30 and get a proper pc

Preowned wize u can do easly, Unis often auction off the old pc's so if spec isnt important u can often pick up some incredible deals (like 20£ for baseunit(2.8ghz p4/512mb ram/40gb hdd - more than enough for werb surfing)

Meh. I wouldn't be gaming for sure. [Got my Xbox for that].
    But things like Photoshop etc.
And I'm sure I'd be able to go over 200.00
Just hit me with any custom build.

    Edit;
I've also got old bits lying around such as PSU in my old build, 120gb harddrive.
