    Default What cake shall I bake?

    I'm baking a cake for myself and my family but I don't know what to do? I'll google up some recipes but what do you think is a good cake to make? I don't want it being a typical Chocolate Cake, as much as I love Chocolate Cake I want something highly challenging.

    I'm not sure what it's called, but like a ginger sponge cake. It's fit anyway.

    That or make a lemon cheesecake .

    Try making a cake with some icing, icing is very hard.

    Also it depends on what you mean by cake, you could do a chocolate fondant, extremley hard, or you could do something bigger. Google, Advanced cake recipe
