paypal is rubbish, im not quite 18 yet, yet ive had an account for a while now and i forgot the password, so I had a few attempts at the passwords i usually use. i clicked 'forgot my password' and none of the options to recover it work.

sending an email back doesn't work, doesn't arrive in my inbox, the home phone number ends in a completely different number and the house address number doesn't work. now it's telling me to ring customer services to access my account.

and i need to renew my domain tomorrow. this sucks.

Maybe you typed incorrect information in, I know several people who type in random adresses and numbers etc. And when they go to recover there password, or even provide identification to their hosts - they've typed in fake information.

i don't think i would have done that,

but it will let me create an account with the same email address, just with not the same card.

but it's sorted now cause my dad let me use his creddy card for it =\
