I know there are these songs on YT that have literally put me to sleep. I just put it on my laptop and left it on over night.

It sounds stupid but the music just feels like theres nothing going on, just emptiness.

If anyone knows of a good one then could you please post. Someone from here posted it on Twitter a few weeks ago but I don't know who.

    Dance Gavin Dance - Caviar

You may not like his music, but Smokey Robinson. Or this band, I had never heard of them until I found the CD in my step-dads CD rack, they're called The Loosehounds, they're music is real nice and slow, perfect for getting to sleep tbh, especially the song Fly. Thats real nice, hope this helped.

The best album to get me to sleep lately has been Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here, which has Shine On You Crazy Diamond, which is a brilliant track in itself (it's spilt in 2 as bookends to the 5 track album).

Thanks for the vids, I have added them to favourites although yesterday I found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJqhh...eature=related which did the job perfectly. It makes you feel like your head is clear and it's amazing what it does.

Too the metal/rock videos, I do know them so I am not stupid
