Waterfall quest..

right I did it the way the guide said

and I got flushed out of there, Didnt finish quest, when I try to go back in to put the urn with the gold pot thing I got pushed down shore.

What do I do..

I tried To get another amulet but I cant get into that place :S

you need to use pebble on the stone thing to get another amulet, you can't have ANYTHING COMBAT so just take the pebble go in turn pray on run to chest pick it up run out
then when your at the waterfall, go on the raft, use a rope on the rock and swim across, use a rope on the dead tree to lower yourself down, weild the amulet and walk in
