Here is my rare values report of what I've seen over the past 2-3 days.

Red is for rares trading below their habbox value
Blue is for rares trading at their habbox value
Green is for rares trading above their habbox value.

Habbo Turntable - 3.25 HC Sofas

3 HC Sofas - seen 2 times
3 HC Sofas & 4 Credits (3.25 ish) - seen 4 times
3 HC Sofas & 7 Credits (3.5) - seen 6 times

Overall, I think this rare should be 3.5 as I've seen it in quite popular demand lately. Whether it's for a casino or not, I've seen quite a few people buying them at this price. I also seen one sell for 4 credits the other day - obviously was a 'noob' who sold it, a one off!

I haven't actually seen this rare than a lower price of the Habbox Value.
4 HC Sofas - seen 4 times
4.5 HC Sofas - seen 3 times

Overall, I think this rare is fine at it's current rare value. However, I've heard alot of rumours lately that this rare is going too rise.

Green Bird Bath - 5.5 HC Sofas

5.5 HC Sofas - seen 4 times
5.75 HC Sofas - seen 4 times

The times when I have seen this rare being sold, I've seen it being sold for 11.5 HC Sofas (for 2) - which is 5.75 HC each. I think that is quite good. Considering they used to be 7 HC Sofas each, I think a fair price for the Green Bird Bath, is 5.75 HC Sofas, maybe this rare will start to go up in demand again, and start to rise again.
