New Bullying Support

Hello, I am here today to tell you all about my new Anti-Bullying Website.. I need help from you and I'm hoping i'll get it.
What I need is:
Designers and Coders design a Proffesion template, and somebody to code it. In return, at the bottom of the page it will say; Template donated by: Name and Name.
Fund Raisers, you get to sell cakes, hold jumble sales ect. although we would prefer it if you notified us so we can list it on the site with the location date and time ect.
Support Staff, who will help people who are being bullied through LiveZilla, or Support Tickets. You will basicly help the bullied and discuss whats wrong with them and make them feel better.
PHP Developers, you get to make us cool usersystems so users can help other users, this is just an option, this is not deffinatly being done, if not enough people contact me, Ill just use a forum.
Techies, you just maintain the site and help out, PHP and HTML is essential.
My BackGround
Hey, my name is Sam Duncan. I am 12 years old and go to Spalding Grammar School. I get bullied by a child in my form, and I decided to take a stand and tell somebody about it. My Head of Year did nothing about this and it continued throughout the whole of my first year at Secondary School.Now that I am in year 8, I have a new head of year, and when I went to him to tell him, he instantly helped me. I think that everyone deserves the help that I got. This is why I decided to setup my campaign, beat the bully.

Thanks so much guys, its just I didn't want to talk to childline, so i didn't. Because they had 30 yr olds ect, id rather of spoken to someone my age. Im looking for a company but you could have a go if you want IRChaos.

Helping people who get bullied, giving them advice, and in some cases speaking to the teacher ourselfs. We will also cheer upthe bullied and just generally help.
