    Default Left Fore Arm Aches

I was spraypainting before and about halfway through I couldn't apply the pressure using my finger anymore, my finger got really stiff and about 2 thirds the way down my fore arm began to ache whenever I tensed or made a fist. Not sure what I've done, don't think I've pulled a muscle since I've pulled a muscle around there before and it doesn't fell like this, not sure what this is though. It seems to ache whenever I bend my finger or tense my arm, I can't even change gear in my car or press the LB button on my xbox controller without it aching (lol). Anyone had it before or got any idea of what it could be?

Its probably RSI or something. Repeating the same small process for a long time and then shaking all them cans. Just give it a few days to calm down and it should be ok.

Best to do like 30mins at a time and give your arms and fingers a rest for 5 or what ever. Its just like playing the playstation, you need to take regular breaks.
