    Default Hamstring injury.

No idea how I did it, but it was due to football (didn't feel pain until thursday)

It was both legs but now just my right - anyone know how long until i'll recover?

Also, any tips to help healing process?

grr i hate injuries. I pulled my groin today it sucks.

hamstring injuries can vary from short time to long time injuries.

if your in key stage 4 and took P.E as a subject for GCSE then by now you should have heard of a term called R.I.C.E - it stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Just rest it as best as you can, try not to do sporting activities until you feel you've fully recovered.

I snapped my hamstring and I knew cause I heard it rip. I was out for 6 weeks. If you just pulled it then maybe 1-3 weeks out.

    1) Like said above, RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)
    2) Wear a compression bandage
    3) Exercise (until it becomes painful) stretches etc.

If you find it hard to do any exercise, or can't wear a compression bandage because of the pain you may have done more damage then you think. Possibly a grade 2 or 3, in this case seek further help from a doctor or sports injury specialist.

Same as me, except I was taking the pain on, I dislike wheelchairs so

Bad thing is, I tore mine running down the stairs so I got a little knock on my shoulders when I hit the floor. Double POW
