I'm designing a new template for my dads website, It has a few image links so it needs to be a particular size so how can I size the website?

Note: I did google it but all i could think of was screen shotting then sizing on paint but the google chrome frame takes of half of page.

Also Note: I will not be giving you the link to the website because it contains personal information.
