heres the story..
basically i sold virtual items (not habbo) for $160 via paypal in whic after the trade (gave items and been paid) i noticed the name was different from paypal making me think it was stolen.
i then ignored this and refreshed paypal to double check the cash to find that he had opened a case saying he never made the payment and wanted his money back!
and i have been put into negative (went from £4.50 to £6.91 since 16th september) and paypal have the $160 on hold (never spent it).
when i go to click to refund it it says i don't have funds etc which i am really confused about!
basically all i want to know is *** am i supposed to do? i cant refund it, i been put in negative and the cash i never spent, paypal have it on hold!
it also says on the case:
Status Details:
The buyer has issued a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. Please click Resolve Claim Now to view your options to resolve this issue and how to provide relevant information that will help in PayPal’s investigation. We must receive your response by seven calendar days from case creation in order to include your input in our investigation.
anyone got any idea on what i can do? i have untill wednesday and i aint earning another $175 (for negative and to refund) so paypal make over $175 from me
p.s. i have tried emailing them but i just get auto responce and im like 13 so dunno if i could phone up? lol
AND NO CREDITCARD WAS INVOLVED -THE CASH WAS PUT INTO MY PAYPAL BALANCE! so i cant phone them up now can i?
ill also give rep+ to anyone who can help me sort this out!!

my 3 options:
I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page. - ASKS FOR POSTAGE DETAILS, CANT DO THIS DUE TO IT BEING AN MSN TRADE
I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment.
I have refunded the payment for this transaction.

; and yes, the person who send the cash, got it back, it's a well known scam, next time, to avoid this, get them to send you the money through the post, that's what I'd do if I ever sold virtual goods again.
