how do I find the thread where it shows the location of where they are for the xp I need to do them

The XP formula is 25*the level in which you want to level up. Say I have 1 attack and I used 1 penguin point.. I would get 25 XP.

Finding the penguins; the easiest way is to join the cc "world60pengs" on runescape, and go to world 60 and they trap all the penguins and tell you the location.

You can get 15 points max from it so it'd be 25*lvl*15 = xp rewarded
