how can i back up my my sql tables from ipb 1.2 so i keep my members, posts, catagories etc... so it works for 2.0 the way i knew doesnt work for some reason so how do i do it :s

i think theres a theres a file for all of the threads and posts and that, but dont quote me on it. i think there is some sort of archive for them though.

IPS will help you just login to the client area and submit a support ticket.

easy, when u buy a 2.0 board just use the update you get with it, plus ipb will do this FOR you free of charge as its included within the purchase you made (they give a much better service that other boards do)
