The first rare i am going to report is the Full Totem!

Habbox Value: 5.75hc

5.75hc (seen twice)
6hc (seen twice)
7hc (seen twice)

Very popular rare, alot of people who really want will pay more, i have seen 2 sold for 100 creds. Not one trade under habbox value. I belive this should be rised to 6-6.5hc. I personally think the totem leg should be 2hc, as the totem head is quite steady for the moment. As for the totem planet, i belive this could be valued at 1.5 and still sell.

The second rare i am going to report is the Majestic Chair!

Habbox Value: 2hc

2hc (seen 4 times)
2.1hc (seen 2 times)
2.2hc (seen 3 times)

Probaly one of the most stable rares along with the petal patch, popular rare, sellers often ask for 2hc and a cred or 2. most people dont mind adding, i believe this rare should be valued at 2.1hc.

I think this rare was fine at 5hc, although i can see it rising in the futre. I recently sold 4, 5hc per.

I would also like to add that i think normal rares above 5hc, arn't very popular at the moment due to whacky weekends, well i'm not buying any normal rares above 5hc because of it
