phone problem

well i got a samsung s5600 like.. 3 or 4 weeks ago and its dodgy already.

When i get a text it doesn't show the name of the sender.. anyone else had this if they've got that phone or a similar one?

If i send it back would they just replace it or would they be able to give me a refund (got it from orange online) cus i don't really like it much either and I found a blackberry i want

They'd replace it first, if they can find the fault, and then if the replacement did it again, they'd probably let you change to a different phone.

Try updating your firmware if you can. Or resetting the phone to factory settings.
