I'm thinking of taking out a mobile phone contract and despite never losing or damaging my phones, the risk of buying a 24 month contract and then losing the phone and having to pay something like £400-600 for a new phone is too high.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on buying mobile phone insurance and if anyone knows some good providers? Atm for the HTC Touch Pro 2, pretty much all I've come across cost £54 annually.

I've got Vodafone's own on the W715, and if it cant be repaired, they replace it, plus you get a courtesy phone (usually a Sharp GX17).

On mine it costs £5 or something a month.
