    Arrow Habbox Help Desk

    I'd just like to say it's got much better, very quickly. I have been quite a critic of the desk in the past and wasn't sure about the management change. However, the place has been re-energised. New trialists, new management, new owner, new layout and is much better.

    I can go in there during school hours and most of the time it's hard 5+ members in every time. Well done to all involved for that.

    w00t lmao ye its really excellent I was in there the other morning at like 9 am when its normally dead and there was 12 people in there, I almost had a heart attack I was so shocked and it just seems to be going from strength to strength

    Yup, I'm often online throughout the day when most are at school and I think every day this week it has had at least a few people on during school hours. This never used to be the case.

    Looking through where SS keep notes on which staff are in the desk, I'm also quite suprised to see about 8 people in there at 1 am

    I'm glad people are seeing changes, and this October there should be loads coming, to benifit staff and visitors

    Yeah, the praise has to go to Ben. At the end of the day if the Help Desk was failing we'd all blame him so it's only fair when it's doing well we give him all the praise.
