Once again, the skirt is a strange shape. I can't seem to get it round

First you need to make it normal habbo sized, the whole alt. Then you just need to make the skirt go down sooner then you have done, youre sticking it out then putting it down, and the shading on it makes it seem weird with it.

Theres also lack of shading in the hair from what I see.
