Oh, and are they easy to jailbreak, since I've seen an ipod touch jailbroken and the apps you can get, and I want to do same to iphone.

Sorry, 3.1 is unjailbreakable at the moment, and unless you order it online (they wont update it in the store then) and hope it's 3.0 you can't do it atm.

What do you mean 3.1 is UnJailbreakable? My m8s dad , he just bought one yesterday, and he bought a DVD off ebay and he has Jailbroken his? So I think it is possible.

3.1 is only jailbreakable on the 3GS if you have already jailbroken your phone on the 3.0 or 3.0.1 software.

For a start why would you buy FREE software that you can download FREELY on a DVD on ebay for MONEY? :/

The iPhone 3GS is now supported in PwnageTool 3.1.3, assuming the phone was pwned at 3.0 or 3.0.1 - PwnageTool does not support the 3GS out of the box. If your iPhone 3GS has 3.1 preinstalled and is not Pwned then there is no tested jailbreak solution at the moment.

3.1 will be jailbreakable on all platforms within the next week. (except for the ipod touch 3rd gen)

Lol, your dad bought a DVD on how to jailbreak? that's pretty sad, when all you have do is a Google search and you get it for free.
