Default My Problem - Project. Game

Now me and a friend have to do a collab with someone interested in fashion. We chose media cause we didn't want to do the other options and media looked the more appealing. Now we have to make a fashion game. Now we agreed to do a simple game like a dress up game. the person interested in fashion really didn't help us and only gave us this.

So it must work from this so me any my friend are gonna duplicate this and and accesories and stuff. Does anyone how I would go about turning the drawing above white and black outlined?

I'd say Adobe Flash is better for beginners anyway and that is a terrible drawing ha ha.

Reason I recommended Adobe Illustrator is that it has a Live Trace feature which will automatically trace that scanned image (if you get rid of the creases and crap) into a nice vector image.
