Ok, recently I purchased a VPS. Now I am running cpanel on it, and im wondering, can I setup a couple of shout casts on it? and if so how? I'm willing to pay habbo creds if someone can help me do this.

In that case, you'll need to download the binaries of the official SHOUTcast website.

http://shoutcast.com/download-files - If Linux, choose linux, if windows, choose windows.

Upload and edit and run ./sc_srv.conf

There is quite a few to choose from, they all pretty much do the same thing. But WHMSonic and Centovacast are more technical and have a lot more features included.

I would reccomending just downloading, uploading and installing Cast Control. It's pretty simple, just follow the instructions and you should be able to do it.
