One of the best films ever made. Reloaded and Revolutions are no where near as good as the original, but they do have some crazy action sequences. It would be great if they made a prequel to The Matrix. They did it in The Animatrix, but it was very brief and only around 40 minutes long (but it was absolutely stunning). Then for once there would be a film where technology pretty much prevails.

Good film, but it's something I can only watch with years in between each viewing.

Revolutions was just stupid, reloaded was a bit meh and kinda pointless. the original was AWESOME, as Neversoft said; one of the best films ever made. I have that, too, lol when I watch films i've seen when I was younger, it's so weird to think that I never understood a certain part, and now that I do understand those parts it makes the film so much better!

I'm like that, I mean its a brilliant film and quite a good series (the first was excellent, Reloaded was quite good as well, but Revolutions could have been better), but I can't really just watch them in the spur of the moment, and I have to decided when I'm going to watch it and then decided if I'll actually watch the whole series.

I never get bored of The Matrix and usually see it every year. I watch The Lord of the Rings trilogy every year as well. Two months ago I pulled an all-nighter watching all three films back-to-back. I found myself getting into the story and characters a lot more, and theres just something so satisfying about watching the entire trilogy all in one go. It's a fantastic experience. I wonder if it's the same for The Matrix.

I've tried an LotR trilogy day, was shattered by the end of it, the storyline is do dense ! But I agree, you do get more into the storyline and characters .
