tips on taking it?
i'm currently taking it with some yoghurt on a spoon and i drink a whole glass of orange juice after it.
i literally cringe when i'm swallowing it.
any tips?

What form does it come in? Pill, capsule, liquid etc?

Capsule which you open up and tip the powder onto whatever you are taking it with, in my case yoghurt.

You're not supposed to open it... I went through mine last week. You take it like a headache tablet, Christ you don't even need a drink really...

If it's just a normal plastic, typically red and white, capsule then you just swallow it. With water if you need to. The plastic disolves in your stomache.

Some people find it hard to take pill if its their first time I know I did, and some people just simply can't take them.

I took pills with yogurts when I stood on a rusty nail (by accident) and got an infection in my foot, I can take any pill naturally now . You can also take pills using fizzy pop or soda water, it makes it difficult to feel the pill with your tongue so it makes it easier to swallow.

Put water in your mouth, tip your head back, pop the pill in, swallow

I find them easier to take with milk.
