    Default Anyone get this (weights)

When doing reps with weights or w/e. Heavy lifting for endurance or w/e, I found that if I start laughing or w/e then I can do more reps. How weird is that?

Why bother though? What's the point in changing the amount of reps you do per day? Should just set a number of reps you can day and feel rather than changing it from day to day.

As you can probably tell, I've never tried it.

Lol, I've never laughed during a workout. Watch some Jimmy Carr during your workouts and you'll have huge muscles.

It's something on the lines of, when you shout/ make noises your body generates more adrenaline.

When I lift I usually grunt pretty loudly on my last few reps

works the opposite with me, don't know why you'd want to laugh whilst doing them anyway though..
