    I found this one ages ago, on the homepage, just keep changing your Mission/Motto and it comes up with an alert.

    This one is quite new, you can kick people with rights on BETA now.

    you haven't been able to kick people with rights for a while and the motto thing has been like that since v11 (or whenever the new clothes and stuff were released + november 07?)
