Tbf, to make good vBulletin skins, you really do need to have serious skills mickword. and from we've seen you havent got them. theres no long or short way to making a good vb skin tbh. it'll always take alot of time and effort to reap a good reward

Depends on what quality you want. Basic skins are quite easy to design but for some excellent skins you need to know CSS.

You'll be looking at anywhere between £15-£30 for the lowerscale skins, whereas for top designers you can be in regions of £50+
