My iPhone had an error when it was updating so I had to restore it, however im a noob to all this stuff so how do I get my apps back (especially the ones I've paid for)???

I think you can view all the apps you have bought on iTunes, then just download them again, and you should get them for free.

Just download as normal, you won't be charged twice.
