tanker training [f2p]?

I don't know anything about pking/pures/tanker or whatever, but a good place in F2P to train is the Security of Stronghold.

There's a good variety of monsters there with some good drops, so you'll be able to make some cash as well to start off with.

Security stronghold is probably the best. Flesh crawlers are normally packed though.
