How do I find the NPC's ID?

Nothing happens when I click it.

Normally you click that button and the npc's have their ID over them. If not then I guess it's another thing messed or they've changed it.

Fix:
Change your Graphics Settings on RS to this.
SD to HD.
Then HD back to SD.
Then set it to a Fixed Screen Size on the Graphics Settings.
That might fix it as this happened to me.
