99 Mining

I'm going for 99 Mining by mining gold in the Rock Caverns. It's good experience, especially using a pack yak and dragon pickaxe which I will be using, and it's also good cash.

If I manage to get 99 Mining through gold, I'll probably end up smelting the ores for 99 Smithing as well.

I'll be posting the levels I get here.

By the looks of things that new cavern is quick mining exp?
Can you tell if the d pickaxe is faster than a rune one?

Yeah, it's really good experience, and I think the dragon pickaxe is slightly faster.. I know some people have said that you get like 5k experience extra per hour at Rock Caverns when using it, so I guess if you were going for 99 Mining or something, it would be worth buying it.
