i think she'd be gutted to see it.

But for your first its good. She just looks fat really, and the eyes scare me. But your attention to detail is good for a first try

Perhaps try a more "Habboish" look. Mostly on the eyes, they look kinda creepy, and the shoes, make them less square and more pointy.

The legs are all one size :S Your legs dont stay that fat all the way down, especially not Miley's so try fix that.

If I saw that alt on its own, I wouldn't say its her tbh. It also needs to be bigger.

The part where theres the line in the dress on the real pic isnt very noticable but with the pixel edit it sticks out like a sore thumb. the hair needs more shading and the shoes are weird. i dont think it looks like her 1 bit but good for your 1st.
