The Pink Marquee

11.0 (unpure) - Seen Once
9.0 - Seen Twice

This rare has lost both its popularity and its demand ever since the rise of May (i think it was lol). People dont seem interested in the Pink Marquee anymore, matter of fact people dont seem interested in Marquees of any color full stop .

I believe this rare should decrease to about 10 hcs due to its fall in porpularity and its trading value.


The Chocolate ICM

80.0 - Seen Twice

Ever since the Realese of these ICMS in the recent Hills Competition (instead of the proper listed prizes) these ICMS have crashed throguth the floor because of talk of UK Habbo adopting America's Credit deal of Choco ICM being in the deal rather than a new laser gate. There demand fell like a wingless fly to the value that stands today. I believe this rare should decrease to AT LEAST 80hcs as people just do not seem to want to pay more than that for the ICM.


The Red Bird Bath

1T - Seen Thrice
1T + 5hcs - Seen Once
90hcs - Seen Once

The demand of these items (along with the blue bird bath) are always in a state of Flux, their demand will continue to rise and fall until they are released somehow. Although i have noticed a slight rise in the past couple of days (along with the rise of b.b.b and throne). There are many casino owners that will happily pay a Throne (+ a little extra) to have them in there casino.

I believe this rare should increase to at least 92hcs (the current value of a Throne) as this seems to bee a common price for them at the current time.
