Tonight (technically tomorrow ;P) at 02:00 BST (British Summer Time) the clocks will go back to 01:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
So basically, set your clocks back an hour tonight, say before you go to bed, then when you wake up you'll be on time.
Don't forget to change your times on DVD players/Mobiles/Wristwatches/PCs/Cookers/Cars/Alarm Clocks/Fire or burglar alarms/Time bombs.
Just in-case anyone has forgotten, I know I always do ;P
