Needing a webdesigner Non-Habbo [££]

I have a like.. dummy copy/layout of a web design I'd like producing. It represents where I want everything to go, I just need someone to actually make it.

Its non-habbo, if your up for it, it's a paid position, coding isn't particularly needed but would be beneficial, i'd love to see some examples!
