In P2P, best place would probably be near Barbarian Assault, as there's a deposit closeby as well.

The willow trees at Draynor Village are also pretty close to the bank as well, although it can get very crowded at times.

If you're looking for fast experience though, cutting ivy would be a lot better, and you'll make some cash from the seeds from nests as well.

    Good luck.

The popular places to cut ivy are on the North and South-east walls of Varrock Palace and Falador, the South-East wall of Taverly and the North wall of Yanille. It doesn't matter if you're not cutting close to a bank, since you don't recieve anything except for maybe nests.

If you're using a dragon hatchet, the experience is around 75k/hour and with a rune hatchet it's around 60k/hour.
