    Default Content management system

Hello there. For my latest project I will need a CMS that I can easily edit to work around my front end layout. What I need is for you guys to tell me which CMS on the market is the best (preferably open source / free) and could you tell me how easy it is (with the CMS) to edit the template or use my own template.

    Regards,
    TomSpit

I personally think Joomla is the best, easy to use and modify also.

Yes, like Joomla (not really Wordpress). I need to be able to position all the CMS' modules where I want them to go easily on my current layout that I have coded.

Its not amazingly easy. It's not like the extremes of difficult easy. You just need to get your head around it. There plenty of tutorials, or www.gavick.com will gladly help you out I think.

Drupal, very very easy to get your designs in with - very customisable.
