Il use colours for this report as i was told to on my last report

orange - above current value

green - equal to current value

turqiouse - below current value

The first rare im going to report is Speakers corner

1.2 - seen once

1.0 - seen 3 times

0.8 -seen once

Speakers corner is only good to sell when people need it really. Otherwise you can never get profit. in my opinion the value is correct

The second rare im going to report is deluxe theatre chair

6.5 - seen 6 times

6.0- seen 30+ times

5.5 - seen 4 times

The value of the theatre chair is rising because of people collecting it. i think 6.0 is a fair value at the moment but people will buy for 6.5 or even 7hc more often now its gone up.

i attatched an image of me buying 2 theatres for 13hc worth

The third rare im going to report is majestic chair

2.2 - seen 10+ times

2.0 - seen 6 times

2.0- - seen 0 times

Imost people are wanting little prof on majs because they know people will pay that much. i think the maj value should be raised to 2.2.

I would presume that with your avatar that you either bought/sold them Deluxe Theatre Chairs' as bulk, or witnessed a trade involving them. - a very good report it seems, so well done and please do keep it up.

I like the values, but did you exaggerate the amount of Cinerma Chair's you saw sold in one day, there is really no need (if you did that is!).
