Default Once again, the referee crumbles... (At liverpool)

Ok, clear foul on Owen, he was onside and that scouse of a Carragher brings him down when he probably would of scored.

What does the referee do? Flags him a yellow card. If, Carragher was given the red card then maybe the game would of changed, probably would of grabbed a point or even snatch a cheeky win. It's referees like that, that makes us the laughing stock around the world.

    Spanish Referee's don't joke.

If a referee can't handle the pressure of being at a home stadium then it's simple, they don't referee at all.

Liverpool managed to bag themselfs 3 points, congrats, though i'm afraid to say it, your 4 games to late.

Can't wait for them come to Old Trafford, ah yes.

:eusa_clap They were the better team on the day, I'll give them that.

Flame me if wish, i'm right here.

The ref was fine, he gave yellow cards for both Vidic's and Carragher's tackles. Just so happens Vidic was on a yellow card before whereas Carragher wasn't.

    *REMOVED*

It was a clear foul, if a player is clear on goal, and a player intentionally brings him down then it's a straight red card no exceptions.

In this case, the scared referee was at home to Liverpool, he knew what would of happened if he shown red. Referee's need to be scrutinized by their bosses when they give dreadful decisions. Demote him to the Blue Square Premier league i say.

Then why was Vidic not given a straight red and why are you not complaining about that?

And no, I didn't watch the match as I support neither of the two teams although I did watch highlights.

He has a point about Vidic. He only got a yellow but he was already booked so he was off. Vidic's 'tackle' was worse than Carraghers.

It's hard to tell. Some days it would have been a red, others it wouldn't have been. But if Owen didn't touch Carragher then yes I think it would have been a straight red but he did, and the were pulling each other, so I think the ref got it spot on. Also, the ball was going away from the goal and Owen wasn't straight through. There were also two Liverpool defenders coming back to cover and even if Owen got through I doubt he would have scored himself, he could have set someone up but at the angle the ball was going and with the cover which was arriving it was doubtful he would score.

I couldn't see United coming back. They got dominated in Midfield.

He would of scored? Is this for sure? Have you gone into the future and know that he didn't crumble under the pressure? Woah, amazing.

Flag him a yellow? Is this the same yellow he showed to Vidic?

He showed Vidic the same card for a worst 'tackle' the only reason he was sent off was because he already had a yellow to his name - entirely his fault.

Four games to late? Never heard of a bad patch? All teams go through them, this is Liverpools. No points are too late in the league, a points a point whenever it comes.

Can't wait for the day? Ahh I see, I know why. It's because it's defiantly going to be shown on Sky Sports eh?

Scared? Usual doing at OT then eh?

Oh and that first comment, made me laugh. Who are you?

    ^ THIS

I thought Vidic's should have been a straight red. Also, out of Kuyt and Owen, I would definitely put my money on Kuyt scoring (or at least Liverpool scoring, as I know he was at the half way line but in lots of space so there was time for backup to arrive (much like the second goal)).

    What would have happened? :S

Even if this is a case of bad refereeing, I dare you to even deny many a referee have crumbled in favour of United so you can damn well have your fair share of being screwed over.
