    I played through 1 & 2 & 3 finishing them like a few weeks ago and im so compelled to go and play through 4 again it's just the install times between each chapter "/

    It is and it isnt. You shoot people but its more tactical than running out infront of an army and spraying bullets at them. You can use stuff like knockout darts. The idea is you dont blow your cover
