Item 1 - Green Bird Bath

Habbox Value - 5.8 cs

5.5 - Seen Once
5.0 - Seen Twice

Recently this value has decreased in popularity and most people are opting to sell for 5.0 for an easier sale.






Item 2 - Majestic Chair

Habbox Value - 2.0 cs

2.2 cs - Seen Twice
2.0 cs - Seen Three Times

Along with the Petal Patch this is one of the most stable rares, but if someone needs this they are mostly willing to pay a few creds extra to get it, as it is quite popular.







Item 3 - Pistachio Ice Cream Maker

Habbox Value - 3.5 cs

3.0 - Seen Twice
3.2 Seen Once

This rare doesn't seem to be selling at its value of 3.5 atm, i think it should decrease to about 3.0/3.2.

I agree with all your values (given the time you posted it), but it seems now pistachio's are going for, and more than the habbox value, I sold a couple 4 hc per.
