I want to buy something online but their T&C caught my eye:
"However we will not be liable for any delay or delivery as a result."
Do you think it's fine to buy something considering the postal strikes? - They could get lost I guess?
Thanks! :-)

Thats the same for every company, its not their fault if Royal Mail **** it up.
I'm mainly looking at the part that says that they are not reliable for the delivery.
Assuming if its lost, and not delivered they won't refund me.
It's the same for nearly every company.
Don't think you can use the Royal Mail Strikes excuse anymore as there aren't any until Chrismas
Anyway I think what it's saying is they won't be liable because once the company gives whatever you buy to a courier or w/e it's then the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you.
But then again majority if not all companies it's the same thing.
companies dont deliver it themselves, so they're not gonna take responsibility for the delivery...

But Amazon are liable for deliveries.
The other day, I ordered something off there (before any strikes in July) but it was undelivered so they refunded it.
