How do you make a youtube video into an animation??? I wanna do it for my profile pic.

First you need a youtube video ripper/downloader. I'm not going to link you to one.
Second, you'll need to convert the video (which will be mp4 format) into a .gif, which is what an animated avitar is. I'm not going to link you to one.
Third, you'll need to upload the .gif as your avatar.
Simple.
