Basic VB Auto clicker tut

Basically, i was wondering if anyone knows how to make a quick prog in VB that looks something like:
Imagine X says up and Y says across.
So for example, if I wrote 10 in the X(up) box and 2 in the Y(across) box and clicked start, the app would minimise and then when i clicked the mouse the prog would move my mouse up 5px and then across 10px and click again, it would repeat this 10 times as specified in the X box. The once it had done it 10 times it would move back to where i first clicked and move 10px right and 5px down, it would then proceed to move 5px up and 10px across and click and repeat another 10 times.

Is this easily accomplished? Thanks

X = across
Y = up/down
