Easiest way to get files from one iPod to another iPod?

Basically I wana switch iPods cause the pause button on my old one has packed up.
How would I go about transerring the files? Cause I know iTunes don't allow you to copy from iPod to iTunes or whatever.
I have Vista if it comes down to software...

Any help would be appreciated

Where would the music go? Like would I be able to put it into a playlist which I could then just copy onto my new iPod?

Put it wherever you want, copy it to a folder on your desktop or my music or something. Do what you want with it from there lol, I'd shove it in itunes and sync it to your new ipod
