I don't know if I've been to Cineworld but my local cinemas are Odeon and Vue (which used to be Warner Village). I always preferred Vue because I could never see the screen very well at Odeon as their seats didn't slope enough.

But now it doesn't matter and there's a new and better Odeon at Liverpool One anyway. However my favourite cinema, which is also in Liverpool, is FACT .

True Odeon at Liverpool One is v. good.

Though I do prefer Cineworld (at Xscape) mainly because it's closer than the Odeon in York (hell Odeon keeps closing down and reopening every time I go into York. ... looked up on internet and it ain't even an Odeon anymore.

Anyway on top of that Cineworld is just cheaper and it has nicer seating seeing as it's confy and the slopes are steeper meaning no bad necks after looking up the screen .

    In other words... Cineworld

I only find Cineworld to be any good when it is located in the middle of no-where, so not alot of people tend to visit, especially in school hours. The closest cinemas near me are an Odeon and Cineworld, they're about equal distance to each other but the Odeon is in the middle of a town, while the Cineworld is on the outskirts of a smaller town in a shopping district area. Odeon are good for reserved seats, but Cineworld win hands down for everything else - price, screens, comfort, food (Odeon use Butterkist now, not proper popcorn like Cineworld), drinks and deals - though some deals are better in Odeon cinemas. They also let you in earlier, while Odeon let you in close to the showing.

    So yeah, Cineworld for me
