I need a really simple script thing

I'm doing a big brother and i want a day counter

so at 00:00 it changes to the next day

Day1
Day2
Day3
Day4 etc..

Who can make me/find me one? thanks x

Not the date, like just starts from Day 1 and keeps going like after 100 days it would say Day 101
