    what with that, some values like tribal furni, have been out for like a year and would be classed as categorized rares yet still has no appearance on habbox

    Same goes for other things, such as some of the country furni i.e. mud patches, scarecrows, etc.

    They know they have missing items and from what I gather and trying to collect them all at the moment. It's been a long while since the Rare Values team have a solid management team and in my opinion they finally have one. If you give the current pairing a few months of working together and then analyse their performance and criticise them it would be much more constructive. If you want to help and are so bothered then help them out by specifying which rare exactly they are missing rather than being so vague.

    If you ask me they need to figure out a sane way of valueing em.

    Value everything in rd (basically a credit) then as cs/t change, the amount of cs or t = to a number of rd would vary. which makes sense

    As far as i can tell though there valueing stuff in cs and t, which is like in real life valueing a currency with pounds, cars and houses. If the value of a car in pounds effected the value of the pound, you';d be pretty confused.

    But apparnlty this is how rares are done o.o ?

    Does anyone actually understand rare values enough to explain this? it would be most helpful

    I would certainly say I understand how it is working. However I have to go in a few minutes. So I will give an explanation for that at about 4ish this afternoon I will try and get Dan (-:undertaker:- to check the thread, as the only intelligent rare value conversationsI have ever had are with him.

    Back on topic, could you list some of the things that are missing. Would be a great help - thanks!

    That would not change anything, as people would still buy for a certain amount of CS/T. It is like at the moment, say for instance the Club Sofa was released. Now of course, straight away people would try to get an item for the same number of CS as its listed at the moment. However all that would happen is, as the Club Sofa is lower the amount of CS paid for most items would probably go up.

    EG;

    Throne from 90 CS to 180 CS.

    This is all speculation though, because the CS has changed drastically in value before (from 20 RD to 85 RD) and it did little to affect values. The basic rule is what people are paying for, we will value on.

    I think thats what you ment anyway?

    And if you wanna buy me flowers
    Just go ahead now
    And if you like to talk for hours
    Just go ahead now
