The icons along the top have all disappeared. Games, call, file transfer etc. I can't remember when they disappeared it's just I noticed today. What's happened and how do I solve it?

I feel like such a fool now. However I refuse to accept the blame for this and I am going to pass the buck to Microsoft for hiding this feature away, the idiots
